At My Massage Therapy, our Therapists direct bill to specific insurance companies. 

Below is a table of which insurance companies each therapist accepts.

Please be sure to check your coverage eligibility before your appointment.

Direct billing is a courtesy we offer.

Some policies may not be eligible for direct billing in which case, receipts can be issued.

There may also be times where the insurance can't be direct billed and it is out of our control.  

You must always be prepared to pay up front if your insurance provider has an outage.

Primary coverage must be billed first.

At My Massage Therapy, the therapists have the right to charge a fee for no show or cancellation. This fee is at the discretion of the therapist when it comes to amount charged.

Regardless of therapist, a fee is charged for a cancellation within 24 hours of appointment time or if a client does not show up at all.

Insurance Companies will not cover cancellation fees
